Talent is equally distributed, but opportunities are not. That's the belief driving everything we do at Routes In, and we're looking for proactive, passionate people to help bring that mission to life in Lisbon.

We're on the lookout for facilitators, community builders, programme coordinators, and all-round brilliant humans who care about impact and equity, ready to help shape and launch one of our core initiatives in Lisbon. This is a rare chance to get in early and shape how our work takes root in a brand new city, joining our growing network of local teams across Europe.

As a founding Routes In volunteer, you are:

• Adaptable & self-motivated
• Empathic and a great team player
• Passionate about empowering young talent
• Open-minded and dedicated
• Fluent in English (+ Portuguese a big plus!)
• Based in Lisbon and connected to its creative community

We're looking for people who'll help launch and run our work here with us (minimum 1 year involvement). We ask for commitment to:

• Free up some evenings
• Jump on calls / team meetings
• Be present and responsive online

Our initiatives have some more or less busy periods. On average, it comes down to around 2-3 hours per week. This is a voluntary side hustle (with some perks).

As a founding member of our Lisbon team, you'll help lay the groundwork for our creative talent initiative in the city.

This includes:

• Connecting with Lisbon's creative community
• Helping shape our local launch strategy
• Supporting outreach and early relationship-building
• Collaborating closely with our core team to bring the initiative to life

You'll be part of our mission to redistribute opportunities for underrepresented young talent in the creative industries, right from the ground up. Volunteering with us means stepping into a dynamic environment where you'll network with the creative community, cooperate with industry leaders and partners, and pick up real professional experience, all while supporting young talent on their route and development.

As a founding Routes In volunteer in Lisbon, you'll:
