People in Barcelona! We’re looking for some extra hands to get involved in running our impact initiative & mentorship program.

About the role

What you will do

We’re looking for proactive and passionate peeps, who will be launching and running our mentorship program with us (involvement min. 1 year). We ask for commitment to free up some evenings, jump on calls and be present online. As the programme has some more and some less intensive periods, the average time investment comes down to 2-3hrs / week. This is a voluntary side hustle opportunity (with some perks).

This is a unique opportunity to drive real impact and support young creatives, while developing your skills and connecting with like-minded individuals. As a Routes In volunteer, you'll have the chance to network with the creative community, liaise with industry leaders and partners, and add some professional work experience to your CV. You’ll join a team of passionate, motivated individuals, committed to unlocking potential within people and redistributing opportunities in the Creative Industry. Our core team is based in Amsterdam; additional local teams work with us in Berlin, Rome, Copenhagen and Stockholm.
