As a local Routes In volunteer you are:

• Adaptable & self-motivated
• Empathic and a great team player
• Passionate about empowering young talent
• Open-minded and dedicated
• Fluent in English (+ Italian is a big plus!)
• Based in Rome and connected to its creative community

We’re looking for proactive and passionate peeps, who will be launching and running our mentorship program with us (involvement min. 1 year). We ask for commitment to free up some evenings, jump on calls and be present online. As the programme has some more and some less intensive periods, the average time investment comes down to 2-3hrs / week. This is a voluntary side hustle opportunity (with some perks).

This includes:

• Reaching out and connecting with local communities to recruit young talent
• Interviewing & assessing applicants
• Making mentor x mentee matches
• Hosting key events
• Supporting participants throughout the programme

We ask for a minimum involvement of 1 year and commitment to:

• Free up some evenings
• Jump on calls / team meetings
• Be present and responsive online

The programme has more and less intensive periods. On average, this comes down to around 2-3 hours per week.
